We celebrated the 4th at Fort Vancouver again this year. It was a blast! Ivan, Elina, Magnus, and I went down in the morning to scope out the place. We stopped to see our friend Crystal who took this cute picture of Magnus.
We walked through the vendors and stopped to have kettle corn in the shade.
We also stopped to see some of the reenactments going on. Magnus got to pet some pelts and make a sea biscuit. His favorite part was stabbing it with a nail to make holes in the dough.
After our afternoon siesta and dinner at home, we came back to get ready for the fireworks. Some of us had light stick bracelets which Magnus promptly fashioned into light sabers.
Back at our apartment we lit some sparklers and enjoyed root beer floats.
