That means Happy Women’s Day in Russian (though it literally says “with the 8th of March!”).
This was a holiday that Ukraine celebrated instead of Mother’s Day. It is a day to remember the women in our lives and say “Thank you.” It is a holiday that was very important in Ukraine and I like to celebrate it.
So…Happy Women’s Day!
